Good Stomach Exercise

A Good Stomach Exercise (that is the kind which will burn the fat), is supposedly a good brisk walk for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Well I’m here to tell you that that is both right and wrong. Any aerobic exercise works well on the stomach if you’re under 35, but when you get older it’s quite likely that you will lose fat just about anywhere apart from the gut. In us men, something happens that prevents that big dollop of fat from budging. In fact I’ve ended up looking like a potato man because my face is bony thin, my arms and legs are like matchsticks, yet I’ve got the big wobbly gut that just refuses to burn away with the rest of it. So just what is the ‘right’ Exercise to Loose Weight, Tone Muscles, and Get Fit for those middle aged and over?
