Do Carb Blocker Pills Work?

Before we go into whether do carb blocker pills work, it is important to know what are carb blocker pills.

Carb blocker pills work by blocking carbohydrates from being absorbed by the body. By restricting carbohydrates, you lower your intake of calories and this helps you lose weight. An example of a carb blocker pill is Dietrine

Most carb blocker pills such as Dietrine is made primarily from white kidney beans. Carb blocker pills inhibit the release of an enzyme called alpha amylase that helps break down carbohydrates. Examples of such foods are cakes, rice, pasta. Basically stuff that are starchy in nature.

Carb blockers prevents carbohydrates from converting into glucose and then becoming body fat if not burned off. They are then passed out as waste products. Products like Dietrine are made from natural ingredients so the side effects are minimal. This is also the reason why carb blocker pills are so popular these days.
