Spyware continues to be a major problem for home computer users and to a extent business users as well. There are thousands of variants of spyware floating on the internet, chatroom and IM. Therefore it is important to equip your PC with an anti spyware software.

One of the best anti spyware software and the one I’m currently using is BitDefender. It cost $24.99 for a one year licence. It does not take up a lot of memory and the software is very user-friendly and easy to use. Normally, I just set it to the default.

If you are strapped for cash, another best anti spyware software is Microsoft Windows Defender. It is free to download and use. However, with windows defender, it is currently in beta and fee. I’m not sure if it will stay free when they are out of beta version.
