The benefits of drinking wu yi chinese tea

It is possible you've already heard about wu-yi tea, also recognized as oolong tea or wulong tea. Wuyi tea was in use in China for hundreds of years, maybe even longer. And there exist many professional tests that show wu yi tea has an important role in the fats' oxidation.

Wu Yi Chinese tea can help you lose weight. Have you noticed that it is the small changes that make the big difference? So how about giving your taste buds a treat and changing the way you make a cup of tea?

If like me you usually throw a black or green tea bag into a mug and pour on boiling water, change the habit and use a weight loss tea instead. Oolong or Wu Yi Chinese tea should not be made with boiling water, but with water between 82°C-87°C – if you prefer Fahrenheit then 190°

What’s even more interesting is that wu yi tea has absolutely no side effects at all. But, you should not expect miracles here, there is no special ingredient in wu yi tea that could erase all that fat off your body in a few moments.

It may also fortify immune system, promote stronger teeth and could potentially boost your body and mind wellness. But, it is always important to carefully research the source of the wuyi tea you’re about to purchase, because not all teas are from the same location.
