Best Exercises For Cellulite

One of the best ways to lose cellulite is exercise. Here are some of the best exercises for cellulite that you can do at home.

Squats

Start with your legs a little wider than shoulder width apart. Gently lift your shoulders up back and stick your chest out. Bend your knees and lower your body, as if you are about to sit on a chair. Repeat this at least 10 to 12 times per set. It is recommended you do squats every day to get rid of cellulite.
