Burn Fat And Gain Muscle

We all want to burn fat and gain muscle. Although it is possible, usually we need to lose weight fast and then gain muscle but not at the same time.

Here are some tips if you want to burn fat and gain muscle.

One good way to gain muscle as well as lose weight is total body resistance training. Strength training adds muscles and increase your metabolism at the same time. The recommended workout is 2 to 3 times a week. Circuit training type exercises such as jogging for one time at the top speeds and then resting for 1 minute before repeating this set for 4 to 6 sets is one example.

Besides exercise, the right diet is also important to burn fat and gain muscle. Proteins helps to build muscles while you still need the right amount of carbohydrates for energy.
