Telecommuting made Easy with High Speed Wireless Internet Access

I had not paid much attention to the many advances made in the technology world of late — at least until I began telecommuting to my job and realized I needed a connection to my office that was fast and flexible. The old-fashioned dial-up method was way too slow for me to accomplish everything on my to do list every day, and also tied me to my desktop all day long. I wanted the flexibility to be able to grab my laptop and run, whether it was for a cup of coffee at Starbucks or an afternoon doing research at the library. That's when I got hip to the many benefits of high speed wireless Internet access. WiFi is a way of transmitting information via radio signals so that I no longer have to be tied to wires and connections if I want to tap into the electronic world.
