In Portland where I live, you see, there are houses going up all the time. Even in spite of the housing recession, they can not build them quick enough. People from all over the country are moving out here. Fortunately, the real estate builders seem to consistently overestimate the demand. This makes it a great place to look for apartments for sale. Things have gone up in price in the last year or two, but you can still get a much better deal on an apartment for sale than almost anywhere else on the West Coast. The problem is that, no matter how much I look at apartments for sale, I can’t narrow it down. It isn’t that there are too few options.
