When it comes time to put the finishing touches on a commercial building, whether it’s a hotel, motel, commercial kitchen, shower area, or the like, you’ve got to think about protecting these high-traffic spaces from wear and tear. As a commercial builder, it’s important for me to finish out particular areas in a way that will provide my customers with years of worry-free use. After all, I don’t want to be getting calls six months or a year after construction has finished, telling me to come and fix the peeling paint or wallpaper, or the chunks taken out of the sheet rock on the corners of the walls.
