Shopping For Basic Modern Bar Stools

There are some fabulous modern bar stool designs out there, but many of them didn’t quite fit the bill in what I was looking for. I really loved the look of a basic chrome model like the ones you would find in the old-fashioned soda shops. However, the lack of a back on the chair made me think that the time spent on it wouldn’t be quite as comfortable as I would like. So I just decided to keep an open mind and see what other kinds of designs would be suitable for my home. Some of the modern bar stools I saw had a very low back and a few designs had none at all — like the soda shop style. I guess those are very popular with other people, but I know my kids wouldn’t be able to sit in something like that for very long.
