10 Sets Of 10 Workout

Anybody who’s trying to succeed at building muscle naturally is bound to hit a plateau at some point. If you haven’t gained any muscle size and strength in a while, it’s probably time to try plateau busting workout. One great way to break through a weight training plateau is to try the 10 X 10 workout. With this workout you do one exercise per muscle group using a weight you can do 20 reps with and do 10 sets of 10 reps with it. You only get one minute of rest in between each set. It might not sound that tough, but you’ll have difficulty getting all 10 reps on the last couple of sets.
