Do You Judge Women Who Cheat The Same As You Do Men?

The scarlet woman, played by Annette Bening in American Beauty,by Meg Ryan in Proof of Life, and by the same Meg Ryan in real life too: are women who cheat slowly evening up the balance with men, who have always been notorious for their unfaithful activities? There was a major published study recently, that claimed that one in four of all married men act it out outside their marriages at least once in their lives, and about one in six of all women try not to be left behind. But since everyone is pretty clear that women don’t have the same obsession with sex that men do, why is it that women who cheat do what they do?
